The bell-shaped flowers of Clematis 'Odoriba' (Ozawa, 1990) have widely recurving sepals that are held facing outward so it is easy to see their beauty. The sepals are bright pink with clean white bars in their centers. This climber is an all-summer delight. Try the flowers in a cut-flower arrangement. All of our Clematis are two year old plants that are suitable for immediate planting in your garden. Mr. Ozawa reported that this was a cross between C. crispa and C. viorna.

This summer bloomer has it main crop on the current year's growth. Prune this back hard at the end of winter to encourage new growth.
