New Zealand. Libertia grandiflora is a rhizomatous, clumping perennial with 30-inch long leathery iris-like leaves. A series of dense umbels of white flowers rise up stiff stems. We grow this in the white and black section of the Rose Border. Late spring to early summer. 3 ft. x 2 ft White flowers Sun Zones 8, 9, 10 |
