Satureja montana 'Nana' is a dwarf evergreen shrublet with small lance-shaped, leathery leaves that take on a purple hue in winter. The leaves are aromatic and used for culinary purposes but the plant is also ornamental. Whorls of tiny flowers are sought after by bees and other pollinators during its bloom.
