Agastache mexicana 'Sangria' is a seed-strain developed by Jelitto Seeds. It is characterised by its attractive spikes of tubular, rose red flowers. The narrow, lance-shaped leaves are about an inch-and-a-half long. When you brush them they release their citrus aroma. The flowers of Agastache are much favored by bees, hummingbirds and other pollinators and, because they are edible, we use them to ornament salads and beverages.
