We purchased this bulb as C. esculenta which is considered synonymous with C. quamash. In all ways, Camassia esculenta is bigger and more vigorous than any of the forms of C. quamash that we have grown from seed. Blue star flowers on thick stems up to 3 feet never fail to excite visitors to our stock field. Nice glossy strap foliage adds to the appeal of this plant. Spring. 3 ft. x 3 ft.
