Any evergreen shrub is welcome in the winter, but Ceanothus griseus var. horizontalis 'Diamond Heights' is doubly so because of its colorful foliage. The dark green centers of the leaves are surrounded by broad lime green margins. This has proven winter hardy despite our recent late freezes. Lightly fragrant terminal clusters of flowers.
