Clematis 'Caroline' (Fretwell, 1990) has only reached six feet in our gardens. The four- to five-inch flowers are pale pink with a darker central bar on the sepals. When fully opened, the sepals do not overlap and are distinctly pointed. A lovely plant for a smaller setting. All of our Clematis are two year old plants that are suitable for immediate planting in your garden. June-July, September. 6 ft. Pale Pink/Dark Pink flowers Sun, Part Shade Zones 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 |
| This summer bloomer has it main crop on the current year's growth. Prune this back hard at the end of winter to encourage new growth. | |
