(C. 'Candida' x C. x durandii) For those who do not mind tying up this non-clinging vine, the rewards of Clematis 'Sizaia Ptitsa' (M.A. Beskaravainaya) are great. This is a very tough, hardy, long-blooming plant. The 5-inch flowers are somewhat cupped and their sepals recurve and twist slightly giving them a pinwheel appearance. Filaments are violet with gray purple anthers. All of our Clematis are two year old plants that are suitable for immediate planting in your garden. June to October. 4-5 ft.
