This clump-forming perennial is one of our Northwest native plants. Although it is somewhat lax-of-habit in our garden, it is never a thug. It rewards us with months of cheerful, two-inch ray flowers of lavender with contrasting yellow centers. The broadly lance-shaped leaves of Erigeron speciosus measure six-inches in length.
