We have placed Eupatorium rugosum 'Chocolate' at the purple end of our new Rose and Clematis Border. The rich chocolaty foliage of this stately plant is a perfect foil for dark violet and purple Penstemons. Late in the season, there is an explosion of tiny white flowers held above the foliage.
