Underneath, the corolla deepens the red of the sepals to red purple. In all, the flower measures 2 1/2 inches from the top of the tube to the bottom of the corolla. Lime green leaves with purple stems really show off the flowers. Suitable for a large container or trailing down a slope or wall. Summer to frost. 15 in. x 36 in. In the maritime Pacific Northwest, we grow hardy Fuchsias in full sun where they bloom non-stop from late spring to first frost. In hotter climates, we recommend giving Fuchsias protection from the afternoon sun. Fuchsias make wonderful subjects in containers and for the mixed border.
