Fuchsia 'Tom Thumb' (Baudinet, 1850) is a wonderful upright free-flowering bush that sports small flowers as its namesake suggests. The flowers have carmine tubes and sepals and mauve-purple corollas. Very hardy for the Pacific Northwest.
Late spring to frost. 2.5 ft. x 2.5 ft.
