This has proven to be an exceptionally durable, yet attractive groundcover. We have thrown it the challenge of growing under shrubs on a hillside which is both steep and difficult to water, yet Geranium macrorrhizum 'Album' is undeterred. The attractive foliage is seven-lobed and remains semi-evergreen throughout the winter. As an added attraction, the aromatic foliage takes on red coloration during the cold. In the summer, upright umbels bear numerous white cupped flowers with pinkish stamens.
Early through midsummer. 12 in. x 24 in.
