We rarely think of Hebes having fragrance, but several do and Hebe 'Bicolor Wand' is one of them. The long narrow foliage is mid-green, young leaves having pink tinged reverses. The flowers are violet purple with white bases and are held in dramatic 5-inch inflorescences. Protect this from cold winter winds.
