We rarely think of Hebes having fragrance, but several do and Hebe 'Bicolor Wand' is one of them. The long narrow foliage is mid-green, young leaves having pink tinged reverses. The flowers are violet purple with white bases and are held in dramatic 5-inch inflorescences. Protect this from cold winter winds. August to October. 5 ft. x 4-5 ft.
