It is the foliage at the tips of the stems of Hebe 'Purple Shamrock' that make this variegated hebe so dramatic. The leaves are stained bright purple-pink over their dark centers and creamy-green margins. This is supposed to be a sport of Hebe 'Mrs. Winder'.
