Found on Mt. Rokko near Kobe, Japan, Hydrangea serrata 'Midoriboshi-Temari' is a unusual plant. The pale green flowers form a sphere as the Japanese name suggests. Often these flowers have a green star shape within. Occasionally the flowers of Hydrangea s. `Midoriboshi-Temari' will be double.
