We grow Ligularia przewalskii at the edge of our woodland garden near a huge Gunnera. This is a clumping perennial which prefers a moist area. Stately, purple stained flowering stems rise from a basal mound of foot-wide palmate leaves. The stems are topped with dense panicles of yellow, rayed flowers.
Late summer. 6 ft. x 3 ft.
