The evergreen grass-like leaves of Luzula sylvatica 'Aurea' are gold green in the spring maturing to lime green in the fall and then after the first frost the leaves turn a bright golden color. This versatile plant has been a polite and welcome addition to our new shade borders providing good texture there throughout the year. The plant is especially useful in dry shade situations.
Midspring to early summer. 8 in. x 24 in.
