Oxalis triangularis has large, bronze purple leaves with flashy red-purple reverses. They fold up like parasols in the cold and open up in the sun. The dramatic trio of leaflets measures more than 3 inches across. Each leaflet has a butterfly shaped stain in the center. Delicate, cupped, white flowers in racemes of 3 and 4.
