Portugal. Paradisea lusitanica is a vigorous, rhizomatous perennial that forms spreading clumps. The grass-like foliage emerges in the spring, followed by tall spikes of small, white, saucer-shaped flowers. This can be used to naturalize on banks in sun or part shade.
