We grow Pulsatilla vulgaris 'Rubra' throughout the garden but especially in our Dry Border. Very finely divided green foliage with silky hairs form a clump from which emerge the one-and-a half-inch bell-shaped flowers. Wonderful, large, silky seed-heads are as attractive as the flowers.
