New Zealand. Raoulia australis forms an incredibly tight ground cover. The small silvery foliage is so dense and thick it feels hard to the touch. Sensitive to winter moisture, but this has survived in our garden for many years sometimes dying out in the center. It is so unusual, it is eye-catching. Summer. 1/2 in. x 12 in.
