Developed by Harkness Roses, England, in 1981. In our rose and clematis garden, we needed a low rose with coral tones to complement the other perennials nearby. Fortunately, we chose 'Rachel Bowes Lyon' and have been happy ever since. The simple peach colored flowers are mid-sized and appear in cluster. The moderately fragrant flowers continue throughout much of the summer. We are especially fond of the color echo between this rose and Crocosmia 'Culzean Pink' which grows behind it.
