Yes, Scilla peruviana is supposed to be borderline hardy for us but we've had great success for the last ten years. This starts to form its mound of lance-shaped leaves in the autumn. By early summer, it produces rounded racemes packed with exquisite star-like flowers. Attractive to butterflies.
