Tellima grandiflora 'Red' is a selection from one of our Pacific Northwest Natives. This is one of the earliest local natives that we introduced to our gardens. It has gently naturalized, weaving around other woodland treasures to give continuity to a bed. This form has red hints in its heart-shaped leaves and stems and pink in the small fringed flowers. The airy inflorescences create a pointillist pattern reminiscent of heuchera and tiarella flowers.
Late spring to summer. 32 in. x 12 in.
