Veronica repens 'Sunshine' is one of the plants we show customers who ask us for easy, attractive, evergreen groundcovers. The chartreuse to gold leaves, though only about a half-inch wide, are one of the reasons this has become so popular. We use it under shrubs, in containers, between flagstones where it forms a dense mat. The spring bloom, though attractive, is fleeting. The beautiful foliage, however, continues to reward throughout the seasons. May to June. 1/4 in. x 1 ft. Pale Blue flowers Sun, Part Shade Zones 6, 7, 8, 9 |
